Stamping Tooling Development

Meeting the constant need for innovation and product updates, Worker develops flexible stamping tools that can be adapted to new models with agility and efficiency. As part of this approach, the company modernizes existing machines by integrating new stamping die sets, expanding production capacity and enabling the manufacturing of new models without the need to replace equipment. Worker Door Line

The Worker Door Line is a complete solution for the manufacturing of refrigerator doors, covering the entire production process — from raw material input to final product delivery. With technology applied to stamping, bending, and sheet separation processes, the line ensures high performance, consistent quality, and excellent production efficiency. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the solution combines robustness, reliability, and efficiency, providing standardization, waste reduction, and greater competitiveness for the client.

Worker Manipulator

The Worker Manipulator was developed to integrate the Worker Door Line into an automated press system, ensuring continuous flow and fully synchronized operation between processes. The solution removes the finished product from one machine and precisely places it at the input of the next stage of the process, ensuring correct positioning, repeatability, and continuous cycles. By eliminating the need for manual intervention, the manipulator increases productivity, enhances operational safety, and ensures stability and reliability in the production process.

Manipulator for Existing Production Line

The project consisted of implementing a new sheet metal manipulator in an existing production line, with the goal of increasing operational efficiency and optimizing material management. The solution provides greater agility in handling sheet metal, reduces non-productive time, and improves synchronization between processes, directly impacting the line’s productivity gains. With precise integration into the already installed system, the manipulator expands production capacity without requiring major changes to the existing structure, ensuring performance, reliability, and return on investment.

Industrial Transport Systems

In the cases you can see alongside, we implemented an infeed conveyor for a parts washer and a cabinet conveyor, both fully replaced in a major company within the white goods sector.
